全面專業當地監護人 、寄住家庭服務和跟進服務收費
根據英國本土法例 (The Childen Acts 1980 and1989) 及愛爾蘭法例，所以未滿18歲人士及海外學生於逗留英國期間必須有合法指定監護人照顧 。我們肩負重要的橋樑角色，透過全面性監護人服務，加強與父母、學生及學校間的聯繫，一切均為學生利益為優先 。

◇ 寄住家庭費用：中北部 (不包括愛爾蘭) £ 40英鎊/日，中南部£ 45英鎊/日，包三餐及住宿；
Host Family Fee：North Central (excluding Ireland) GBP40/day， south-central GBP45/day，thereafter for full board accommodation and 3 meals/days；
◇ 學生開支存款： 每年1000.00英鎊 學生開支儲蓄存款將用於支付住宿、接送、零用錢及其它（經學生家長同意的）附帶開支。當存款餘額低於300英鎊時，我們將發送一份支出賬單給學生家長，并要求家長將學生的開支存款恢複至1000英鎊。
A Student Expenses Fund：GBP1,000 to cover student expenses such as taxis and host accommodation. A minimum balance of £300.00 must be maintained in this account, Any credit balance is returnable at the end of the guardianship contract.

寄住家庭服務
一般來說，學生在英國留學時，住宿可以選擇學校宿舍、寄住家庭、外面租房間等幾種方式。英國法例規定未年滿18歲不能單獨租屋，對英國中小學生的住宿一般分為學校寄宿和家庭寄住。
ST海外升學顧問在英國中南北部地區均有寄住家庭網絡，並確保他們在較近學校的距離下能為學生提供親切友善的環境及快捷的支援服務，寄住的家庭可能是一座住宅或一間公寓，可能在小鎮、郊區、市中心也可能在鄉村。
在寄住時期，主人都將學生作為家庭成員般看待，你將參加主人安排的各項活動，學生在寄住期間需要保持互相尊重及體諒為原則；顧及安全問題，學生亦不能自己自由出入及安排自己的活動。寄住家庭等於留學生在海外的第二個家，主人們亦都是喜歡領略不同的文化及自願協助留學生體驗更多英國生活的家人，保持良好的溝通及關懷，令留學生涯締造難忘的回憶。
英國公 / 私立寄宿 / 日校 (走讀) 中小學假期寄住
ST海外升學顧問的海外專員為學生在學校不提供住宿期間安排合適的寄住家庭，英國寄宿中小學校不提供學生住宿時間如下：
◆ 第一個學期十月期間 – Half Term Holiday約9天，
◆ 聖誕節假期十二月期間 - Charismas Holiday約21天
◆ 第二個學期二月期間 – Half Term Holiday約9天
◆ 復活節假期四月期間 - Easter Holiday約21天
◆ 第三個學期五月期間 – Half Term Holiday約9天
◆ 另外當中大部分寄宿學校每個學期有2次為期2天的週末假期，稱為Exeat Weekends.
ST海外升學顧問的海外專員為學生提供寄住家庭的種類為：
◆ 純華人家庭 - 適合初次到英國的學生；提供華人(中港澳台)傳統生活，感受家鄉溫情，餐飲以煲湯、中餐為主，例如蕃茄薯仔牛尾湯、雞湯、炒菜、蒸蛋等；
◆ 純英國人家庭 - 適合比較習慣英國生活的學生；體驗異國文化，餐飲以簡易、西式為主，例如意粉、薄餅、三明治等。
我們會按照學生的年齡、性別、性格、英語、食物要求及就讀學校所在的地理位置等因素為學生找適合寄宿家庭，如有個別學生在適應上遇到困難，我們亦會為學生安排選擇另外一個寄宿家庭。
跟進服務 - ST與各院校、監護人和寄宿家庭均保持密切聯繫，家長可詳細了解子女於外地之學習及生活情況。…………………...免費

◆ 開課前 ，家長及學生自是既高興又緊張，負笈海外有很多行錢準備，我們定期為學生舉辦出發前說明會，講解出國前的準備、校服訂購、學生名字標籤訂購及縫製、應該準備的物件及出入境條例及違禁品等提醒，並邀請在外留學的學生分享留學心得，幫助學生及早適應留學生活。
◆ 開課後，家長都會很想瞭解子女的學習及生活情況，但部份家長因不諳英語或因不熟識學校的聯絡方式，從而感到徬徨無助。因此，我們會擔當家長、學生及學校的橋樑角色，加強三方的瞭解和溝通。(請參考監護人和寄宿家庭跟進服務章節了解服務詳情)。
