Local Guardian, Host Family & Follow Up Service

根據英國本土法例 (The Childen Acts 1980 and1989) 及愛爾蘭法例，所以未滿18歲人士及海外學生於逗留英國期間必須有合法指定監護人照顧 。我們肩負重要的橋樑角色，透過全面性監護人服務，加強與父母、學生及學校間的聯繫，一切均為學生利益為優先  。

服務範圍

◆ 提供意見及協助予家長及學生，對到達英國及寄宿學校作出準備

     Provide advice and assistance for the school entry and preparation to parents and students.

◆ 協助辦理護照、簽證及旅程的安排

     Assistant with visa application, and travel arrangements

◆ 提供學生在英國24小時緊急聯絡人電話熱線、網絡聯繫及電郵服務，儘速回應訴求

    Provide  a 24 -hour emergency hotline, email services and networking for parents and students in UK,  response as soon as possible.

◆ 安排交通往返機場、學校及寄宿家庭

     Arrange transportation to and from the airport, schools or host families

◆ 提供開學前一周食宿遊覽安排，認識監護人並瞭解英國文化

     Providing one week accommodation and tours arrangement before school starts, and get to know the guardians and local culture

◆ 陪同學生到校註冊協助學生融入新生活與新學校制度

     Accompany students to school to enrolled into new life with the British school system

◆ 協助學生開設英國帳戶、辦理英國流動電話及購買校服的事宜

     Assist students to open a bank account, apply mobile phone and purchase uniforms in United Kingdom 

◆ 管理寄存生活費、零用錢及代繳付學生日常開銷費用 

     Managing pocket money, payment and student living expenses

◆ 協助家長管理學生財務並每學期回復財務狀況

     Report financial situation each semester to help parents manage student finances

◆ 仔細監察及評價學生每個學期的學業成績，協助安排學生課業上的輔導及支援

    We carefully monitor and evaluate the academic performance of students each semester to facilitate students ' counseling and support.

◆ 監督學生校外活動，每年代家長出席學校家長會

     Monitoring school activities and attend  parents evening in school

◆ 代替家長簽署學生參加學校旅行的同意書

     Sign on behalf of parents for any trips or visits.

◆ 定期向家長書面報告學生學習上及生活上近況 

     Regular reports to parents about student academic and life at the school

◆ 聯絡學校及寄宿家庭，主動了解學生一切有關當地就學及生活事宜

     Initiative to contact the school and host family to understand the student's school  study and life

◆ 向學校主動了解及監察學生一切有關當地福利的事宜

     initiative to understand and monitor the welfare of the students in all relevant local issues

◆ 提供選科、選擇大學及申請手續的意見及幫助

     Provide advice and help to student’s subject selected, college selection and procedures of application 

◆ 協助並陪同學生處理簽證問題（續簽、申根簽證）

     Help and accompany with students to handle visa issues (renewals ect.)

◆ 協助學生訂機票（往返中、港、台，歐洲旅遊等）

     Helping students to book a flight (to and from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe, etc)

◆ 協助選擇合適的寄宿家庭，讓學生於周末及學期間的假期居住

     Help choosing the right host family, for students to stay during the weekends and school holidays

◆ 提供學生短假及學期中假期（Half-term）的食宿

     Provide students Board and lodging during short breaks, holidays and half-term

◆ 每學期初末、短假及學期中假期，接送學生往返學校或寄宿家庭

     Transportation arrangement for students to and from school and host family

◆ 於每一個學期到學校探訪學生，新生第一年有五次到校探訪學生並向家長報告校園生活狀況

    Visit students at schools every semester, there are five visits to the school and this will be reported to the parents during the freshmen year,

◆ 家長可與監護人直接中文談話瞭解學生情況

     Guardians could directly talk to parents in Chinese to understand the study and life in school

◆ 協助安排家長探視學生的食宿遊覽安排

        Assist parents to arranging the accommodation, tours and transportation for visiting students in UK and New Zealand
